Rates fluctuate daily and by seasons, peak, high, shoulder, and low. Rates are quoted in US Dollars and apply per night. Rates are non-commissionable. Maximum occupancy of 3 guests in rooms with king beds (with rollaway at an additional charge and max occupancy of 4) with double beds. Valid IATAN/ CLIA/TRUE card must be presented upon check-in. If maximum occupancy is exceeded, the front desk will provide the Best Available rate to accommodate a second room. Eden Roc Hotel Miami Beach reserves the right to limit the number of rooms available with a Travel Agent discounted rate. Ancillary services such as spa services, beauty salon services, food and beverage, and retail shops are the guest's responsibility.
